 Q. How long does shipping take?

We usually despatch orders the next business day following receipt of order. All items are sent by Royal Mail, or by Royal Mail Signed For, if requested.  After posting we will send you the tracking number so you can track your order online.

Q. Where are deliveries shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our office in London SW3. 

Q. What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

All of our products can be returned for a full refund. We ask that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt. We do ask that you return the items in their original condition for a full refund.

Q. What materials do you use?

All of our jewellery pieces are created in either 18ct gold, 925 silver or 18ct gold plated 925 silver. We use a selection of cultivated stones including ruby, emerald, topaz, amethyst and cubic zirconia.

Q. What forms of payment can you accept?

We can accept payment by Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, PayPal, Amex and Google Pay.

Q. Where else do you sell your jewellery?

We also sell on the Etsy marketplace. You can visit our Etsy shop at Bieauli at Etsy.
